About Sliemtide Daily Brief
Last updated: 2026-08-08
Sliemtide Daily Brief writes about appetite: why it spikes when it does, what actually moves it, and which products are honest about how small their contribution is.
Why appetite, specifically
Almost every weight-loss failure gets attributed to willpower, and almost every one has a mechanism underneath it — a glucose trough, a short night, a low-protein breakfast, a drink that carried three hundred calories without registering as food. Naming the mechanism does more for a reader than another list of tips, so that is what we publish.
Our rules about claims
We do not write that a supplement treats, cures or prevents anything, because a dietary supplement legally cannot and factually does not. We do not print an invented review, an invented name or an invented rating. Where a manufacturer publishes testimonials we reproduce them verbatim, say where they came from and label them unverified — and where the numbers on an official page contradict each other, we leave the claim off rather than pick the flattering half.
Commercial disclosure
This is an affiliate site. If you buy through our links we earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and we are not the manufacturer, the seller or the brand. We cannot see your order, cannot change it and cannot process a refund — that all sits with the official store, whose details are on your order confirmation.
Corrections
If you find a factual error on this site — a wrong dose, a stale price, a claim we cannot support — write to us and we will correct it and note the change. Accuracy is the only thing a site like this has to offer.
How to reach us
We answer editorial, privacy and press enquiries by email. We cannot help with orders, shipping or refunds — those are handled entirely by the official store, whose contact details are on your order confirmation. Full detail is on our contact page.
